The latest tragic point in case:
The 'Lame Horse' club in Perm that burnt down a few days ago when idiots lit fireworks inside (under a roof of willow branches) had no fire escape and the main entrance was the only exit. 109 people died and over 140 got injured, many seriously. The owner had bribed officials to get away with many violations of the building code and fire code.
Duran Duran's brilliant track from the Wedding Album deals with the Happyland fire (a case of arson) but it's the same story over and over again.
