but he is driving me bonkers!!
When he wants attention he wants it now.. He'll meow his head off and stare at you while meowing.. He'll try to get onto my lap any which way he can.. I doesn't matter if I'm eating, have laptop there.. he doesn't care..
I love him I really do, but some days i want to give him away.. No I don't.. But you know what I mean..

I know what you mean. Got two little monsters myself and even this morning I threatened the youngest to put him out on the street, all by himself.
Right now he's his usual self again and sleeping next to me. And you know what? No matter how naughty he can be, I could never ever give him up.

My cat's the same way. When he wants to sit on my lap, nothing stops him. The other day I was online. I was ignoring him. He bit me. Then he jumped and purred. He's spoiled.

Could be worse. My cat was a monster. He never wanted to be held, he would attack for no reason (I mean really attack with teeth and claws), and yet, he wanted to be fed.

when me and hubby was dating he had a cat who hated me and would attack me..
One day we needed to give his cat a bath and the damn thing sunk it's teeth into me waist and wouldn't let go.. So now got some nice little scars on my wrist thanx to it..
My cat is now happily sitting behind me on the office chair..

Cupbaord love. Dusty tends to get all cozy when he feels hungry. we've figured it out pretty quick that all he really wants is food.
when you find your cat looking for attention, give him something to eat.

My newest cat is a licker. She wakes me up at about 5 am licking my arm . . . it feels like she's tearing the skin right off. So I've gotten used to sleeping with my arms and shoulders completely under the blankets.
She also has a very expressive face, and you can pretty much tell just by looking at her if she's in a playful mood or wants attention.

We have to make sure our bedroom door is closed before we go to bed. Otherwise, she gets on the foot of our bed and decides it's bath time. There is nothing more irritating than being woken up by your cat loudly licking herself!!! Why oh why... I think she plans it.
