Would anyone be kind enough to send me the EMI demo of 'Khanada' please? I believe it's from the EARLY DAYS '80/'81 bootleg, which I can't find anywhere on the entire internet...

There is no such thing as a Khanada demo. The version you're referring to is mislabeled by someone to create a new bootleg. The version labeled as EMI demo on that bootleg is in fact the live version of the Hammersmith Odeon concert in december '81.

i just listened to my copy of those demos and it's odd, the version of khanada is so low fi that i can't tell if it's from the late dec 81 boot or not? but i did notice the times are radically different. the dec 81 hammersmith gig version of khanada is 4:40 and the 'demo' version is only 3:52
and i know i've heard that version of my own way before...simon says 'keep it moving' or something like that at the start...but i am not sure what show it's from. ok!! it's from the paradiso gig in amsterdam.
could it be this version of khanada is from another show on the dec 81 uk tour?? it's certainly not a demo for emi as this is the late 81 arrangement, which is more funky that the version from july, which is quite literal to the CM b-side recording.

The funniest part is that a live recording of My Own Way is lumped in with Khanada as being a 1980 "EMI Demo"...funny because My Own Way wasn't even written until May of 1981.
The Duran Wiki page for the "Early Days" boot still had that ridiculous misinformation listed (until I fixed it yesterday).
