I just remembered February is Heart Disease Awareness month and wanted to ask how has this condition affected you? As for me, I've lost relatives and friends to the condition since the warning signs tend to be different in women. Here are the signs of a heart attack in a woman. www.nhlbi.nih.gov/actintime/haws/women.htm

Oh By the way today is "Go Red Day" for woman's heart disease awareness. I can't wear anything red due to my work uniform, but I did paint my nails so I'm still participating in the event LOL.

A few years ago Barbie put out a Go Red doll where the proceeds went to this. I bought the doll for that reason among others. I wore red that day in honor of it. My grandmother died from congestive heart failure.

My grandmother died from congestive heart failure. That's great of Mattell giving the proceeds to the charity for heart disease awareness. By the way, I can relate because I lost 2 relatives (Maternal Grandmother & Aunt) and 2 friends (Former Teacher & friend) to heart disease. ((HUGS))
