Thank you, Tin. At Birmingham, Simon dedicated it to everyone in the audience, maybe thinking of John and Nick's feelings about their dads not being there when the band was back on home ground. It was the first time I had heard it live since I lost my mum and I was OK. But when he dedicated it to everyone who was missing someone that night at Manchester, I got upset. Lead singers have to have a certain amount of cockiness to be able to do what they do but, underneath, Simon is one sensitive, emotional guy. Love him.
