In today's Birmingham paper, Don Berrow father of Paul & Michael Berrow speaks out. (I can't find an 'online' version, I'm sure Tin will find it). He was the owner of the Rum Runner in the 1960s onwards. Commenting about Duran Duran he writes.."And I wouldn't have let that lot in, either. The club was a smart and respectable joint" He plans to write a book about the Rum Runner. Don claims his role at the club, which ended in 1981 has been airbrushed from history.

Well, that's nice isn't it! Simon's leopard print pants too much for you then? He's harking back to the '60s. That club will always be associated with DD. Anyone know what Michael and Paul Berrow are doing now?

Anyone know what Michael and Paul Berrow are doing now? In 2001, the brothers started a record label and recording studio in Devon called Wandering Star Records. Bands includes Meeky Rosie. Paul's current LinkedIn profile says he is also Chief Executive Officer at Log Media based in London (Music, Film and TV Producer/Distributor) The profile adds that he still has interests in the Marine Industry + Wandering Star Pictures now produces Action fantasy films. uk.linkedin.com/in/paulberrow
