Was a bit floored this morning when I read an email from the Vinyl Factory about a new box set that is available for pre-order for the Pet Shop Boys: www.vfeditions.com/product/view/133If you thought £250 was too much for the AYNIN box set, have a look at the one for Electric by the PSB. |

A lot of money, but looks stunning. Wonder if a book will be included... Or just a signed/numbered paper sheet?

And....it is sold out! So, 350 box sets x £500= £175,000! It's a gorgeous looking box set (no pictures of the records yet, just the box), but other than being pressed on fluorescent colored vinyl and getting an autograph of Neil and Chris, there's really nothing "exclusive" about this box set. Now, there are still 187 box sets of AYNIN left - and considering what all you get with it, it's a better deal than the PSB box.

Wow sold out! Good news! I think a few will end up on auction sites. And at least one will end up in Discogs top 10 most expensive records of the month list!
