Following the explosive events of "The Challenger 3: URBAN OUTLAW", Detective Rick Sledge AKA THE CHALLENGER (Aramis Neal Pacitto, a Jim Caviezel and Henry Cavill look a like) and his partner Detective Gunnerson (Andrew Di Pardo) have amped up their war against crime. Ricci's (Dino Mazza) Mafia has been defeated and jailed. Walker (Chika Mafiana) is on the run and may have alternative plans of his own. But, this time the threat comes from The Challenger's past...
Lucas Wolf (Darius Ban), a ruthless psychopathic mercenary, is back and will stop at nothing to obtain The Challenger's crate which contains his trademark gun and a rumored cached fortune of melted gold.
Can The Challenger combat this goliath?
It will take all he has and all the help he can get...
