Band Aid 1984 or 2014?

For me, living through the original, there was something magic about the time and Live Aid to follow. I felt like I COULD help make a difference, that something was attainable. That all these bands that snarked at each other in the press and on the charts could come together, put their differences aside, and do something FOR "the world".

This time around ... there's something missing for me. The people that came together ... just didn't have the same factor.

But you decide.
