Too bad they don't mention Mr. Hudson as he produced most of the album not Nile or Ronson--lol==this was a few weeks ago... www.radioinfo.com/2015/07/08/doobies-picks-of-the-week-%E2%80%A2-7815/“Pressure Off” by Duran Duran featuring Janelle Monáe and Nile Rodgers Paper Gods (Warner Bros.) “Pressure Off” by Duran Duran featuring Janelle Monáe and Nile Rodgers Paper GodsCan you believe that this is Duran Duran’s 14th studio album? I guess the wolf was hungrier than expected. Due out in mid-September, this is their first record with Warner Bros. after signing with them back in March. The entire album was produced by Mark Ronson and Nile Rodgers – meaning it’s guaranteed to be a certain level of quality – as neither of those guys put their name on crap. This song was first released on June 19th via Microsoft’s Xbox Music, and was then featured on Google Music. I have yet to hear this track on my usual suspects of music broadcasting outlets – local terrestrial, satellite, and international internet outlets. The funky dance track features Monáe’s backing vocals and Rodgers’ guitar riffs as Simon LeBon sings “Step out into the future / It’s time to take the pressure off.” Babies from the 80s will enjoy the obvious nostalgia factor – and millennials will be entertained by the legitimacy of the pop goodness contained within this track.

Mr Hudson is not a very well-known name and isn't going to gain attention like Nile Rodgers (all-round legend and recently successful with Daft Punk) and Mark Ronson (thank you Uptown Funk), so why would you even bother mentioning him if trying to publicise a small article where space is at a premium? Nothing against Mr Hudson's work with Duran Duran, as I hear it is very good. Certainly our boys have been a very good influence on him, as his work outside of Paper Gods is largely terrible save for one or two tracks. I can totally understand them not mentioning him under the circumstances.

Since when have facts mattered to the media? That's a new one. The fact is that more readers are going to have heard of Nile Rodgers and Mark Ronson than Mr Hudson. Timbabland only produced a few tracks on RCM as well, but all articles primarily mentioned him and Timberflake didn't they? That's because to your average Joe the Timbas are big names and turn heads, but Nate Hills, who did a lot of the work, isn't and doesn't.
