There is a growing movement of blithering imbeciles that believe that the Earth is actually a falt disc and that all evidence to the contrary is part of an incredibly elaborate conspiracy theory designed over the centuries to convince them otherwise. The majority of these berks are simply poorly educated loners with too much time on their hands and no real world social interactivity which allows these paranoid delusions to fester but due to the power of the internet they are now coming together to spread their ill-founded bologna across YouTube (see link below):
Would Duran Duran be annoyed that one of these twits is using their music to promote this bizarre nonsense? If so who do you contact to report copyright infringement?

You could contact Katy Krassner. I never heard of these goofballs but they are probably just basement dwellers.

This is hilarious!!!
And how exactly does that wonderfully campy Flash Gordon film fit in?
So incredibly stupid. I don't think anyone could take this seriously. Even if it is not meant as a joke, it clearly is totally buffoonery.

I haven't heard about Earth being flat since history class back in grade school. Copyright infringement is a possibility...even though they clearly gave DD credit for the music. No, they most likely did not get permission to use the song but how many videos are out there that use a DD song without permission? Hundreds...possibly thousands. These people could also claim "fair use." I wouldn't worry too much about this...

I haven't heard about Earth being flat since history class back in grade school. I wouldn't worry too much about this... And EVEN THAT is not true. The Ancient Greeks knew the earth was round because they had discovered the curvature of the earth. Unfortunately, they used bad math to calculate the circumference and thought it was about 33% smaller than it actually is. The Navigators of the Age of Exploration, Columbus included, used that math when petitioning Royal Sponsors and that is why it was thought that one could reach India easily by traversing the Atlantic. I really don't think anyone outside of the initial poster is at all worried about this ridiculous use of the song. As you said, there are thousands of other videos with duran duran music splashed all over them, most of which are even more egregious than this. I think the original poster is taking offense at whom is using the music out of fear that somehow duran duran might be associated with the Flat Earth Fools and thereby seeming to support this stupidity. I think the risk of that is nil. 99.9% of people will look at this as being laughably dumb and will not take it seriously. As for the the remaining .1%, I'm planning on taking them on a long walk west all the way to the edge...
