View Masters and their discs would be cool! ivyjosi - they seem like they're not too terribly crazy on EBay - you'd just have to commit to only getting one a month or something like that! Funny you should mention that. I just gave my husband a vintage Viewmaster(bakelite) and viewcards for Christmas.I was lucky to find the set (with tons of the old cards) on Craigslist for ony $10. My weird collections are old cookbooks(the older the better)and vintage PlaySkool toys. ;D

Old 8mm movies and projectors. I have cartoons, newsreals, short subjects and various now-forgotten home movies of other people's weddings and Bar Mitzahs and such. Some of them are pretty entertaining while others are just bizarre.
That and Batmobiles.
Not sure why but it just sort of turned out that I had about 4 of them so I started looking for more. I now have 9, including the one from "Batman Begins"...

Jaipie, Grandpa kept pretty busy, huh? Heh, indeed he did! He had well over 40 of those decanters. Nobody seemed to know how or where he "acquired" them either. Your film collection sounds very cool!

I'm not sure how weird it is but I used to collect Smurfs. I've still got them, though my collection is probably not completely up-to-date anymore. I must own about 250 of them.
I have no plans however to post them here.
I also have a fair amount of ViewMaster discs but not a major collection.

Okay, I do suppose that I collect Yasmin photos. But I don't have to worry about competing with anyone, cause no one wants to compete with me there. You collect Rodney Reindeer? I've got a couple of those felt figures from when they gave them away at Burger King at Christmas 1987. (With the tags.)

Welcome back, Nancy!
RE: Rodney (does a quick check) I have about 13. Some with tags, some without. There's Rodney, Randy, Ramona, and Rhonda. I know I need the huge ones but I do have three different sizes.

I use to collect Amish dolls, and dolls from around the world. Not the type Target or Walmart would see but ones from the country the doll represents.
I collect coins but thats not odd.
I dont really collect anymore because I feel like I dont have a home to keep them in.

My husband and I collect rock and roll memorabilia - records, sheet music, magazines, that kind of thing. My great-grandmother used to collect elephant statues.
