California's Coachella Festival has been (at least partly) responsible for reuniting some of music's biggest names over the past few years. This week, Rage Against the Machine officially announced they'd be getting back together for the 2007 festival, joining past feel-good Coachella-fuelled reunions by the Stooges, Pixies and Tool. Cocteau Twins nearly made it happen last year too, before Elizabeth Fraser pulled out at the last minute.
Though unrelated to Coachella, rumors are rife that the Police are also set to reunite for a 30th anniversary tour in 2007.
If you had your say, who would you like to see reunite? Be as crazy as you want - Include bands that could only pull it together if they held a seance if you want, but try to also include at least one band where all the members are still breathing.
My choices from among the living...
Blur the Smiths the Jam Pavement Beachwood Sparks the Libertines the Verve the Stone Roses Grandaddy Talking Heads

Liz is trying to get her solo album out and dealing with the "Twins" and management. Probally why she did'nt want to do it. They had to drag her to tour with Massive Attack. She is a really shy person, I found that so crazy to hear. The Massive tour was to boost her up again, and get her back on the horse.

I'd give my right big toe to see The Smiths, the Stone Roses and the Ramones.
Queen would be good too!

How about Crowded House? Oh wait....
From nme.com
Crowded House reform The Kiwi legends play Coachella
Crowded House are set to reform for a tour and an appearance at the Coachella festival in California.
The band's reformation follows the appearance of Crowded House bassist Nick Seymour on Neil Finn's forthcoming solo album.
The band played their final show on November 26, 1996 at the Sydney Opera House to 100,000 fans as a benefit for the Sydney Children's Hospital Fund.
Drummer Paul Hester took his own life in 2005 after battling depression. Billboard reports there will be auditions to find a replacement for him.
As previously reported Rage Against The Machine are also set to reform for Coachella, which runs between April 27 and 29.
Mark Hart's back in, too. Great news!
