I heard some horrible news over the weekend. One of the den leaders of my son's Cub Scout pack was arrested over the weekend for doing nasty things in front of some little girls! Of course, the first thing we did was arrange for a meeting for ALL the parents of the pack so everyone can get on the same page. We're hoping to have the lead detective there as well, so hopefully this will curtail any wild rumors that will start from this whole incident. What a mess! Fortunately, he was NOT alone with any of the boys during any of the pack's activities, so that is a godsend. Please keep the families of all those involved in your thoughts and prayers. He, however, will NOT be getting out soon; bond is several million dollars!

Unfortunately, the world has been this way for a long time...sick f___s have not been limited to the 21st century.

People just didn't take action back then like they do today, which is also unfortunate.
