Well tonight I have to sand and repaint a wall that I just put a second coat on last night. God bless the original DB. I said to her that I was hot so, being the sweetie that she is, she went and got her fan and turned it on for me. Unfortunately, the fan had dust on it so it blew the aforementioned dust all over my freshly painted wall and ruined it. No good deed goes unfckued does it?


Tomorrow I'm cleaning house to host the 1st annual Baltimore Duranie beeaatchfest. That will commence at 7pm. They'll be 6 of us board members there. If you're in the area and want to join, feel free! There will be drinks and chocolate aplently.

Sunday my mother is selling her house of 45 years. This is going to be the hardest thing for her to deal with (it's the only house I ever knew until 25 so it's not easy on me either). We're going to go "de-clutter" the house so it can go on the market on Tuesday.

well apart from trying to shake off a cold..yes a bloody cold in a new york city heat wave..i'm seeing the police tonight with jolieJ yay. then tomorrow my girl comes down and we're having a shin dig cook out/boozey doo on a roof in chinatown. then on friday morning me and jenno take my stuff and drive it upto VT via a cheeky little detour to her aunts in jersey. yes saturday is my last night in new york as a resident of what is god damn easily the most amazing city in the world. so thats the plan my dears...busy busy busy. now i'm off to my local CVS down the road for the last time to grab somethin for this damn throat of mine.

I need to buy a present for a one year old's birthday party on Saturday. I guess I should clean house but I prefer to spend the rest of my time the pool!!!

We're taking the kid to the Ulster County Fair today. They've got rides and stinky animals and disgusting food and a Beatles tribute band. And as the Beatles are Madeline's favorite group in the whole world, I think she's going to love it.

On Saturday I've got some work-type stuff to do, including riding a 4-wheeler with a local police department for some story or other.

Sunday - We're still sorting that one out, though I'm trying to convince Les and Jenno to stop off on their way up to Vermont to say adios.

We are hoping to go to the Science Center tonight at 7 to see the Rockin 80's Laser Light Show. I've not been to one of those since High School and they brought them back this summer.

Any Orlando peeps want to meet us there? ;D
