When I first heard this story, I too thought he was just an Justin Beiber Fan. Having read the above-linked story, it's clear that he's mentally ill. I have a bit of sympathy for him now, but I wonder how the hell he got any legal appointment in the first place; he needs to be removed and given help ASA-fuckin'-P.
