Must be that guy that biffed it hard on the XGames Skate Big Air. I saw that when I was getting ready to watch the Bike Big Air. I too can't believe that he walked away from that with only a broken wrist and a bruised liver if I remember correctly. He was out of the hospital either Friday or Saturday. Knocked his shoes clean off. And hearing the other XGamers talk about it, one guy thought he was dead. What I don't understand is why he decided to land the way he did. He could have suffered a lot worse.
Reminds me of Carey Hart when he tried to attempt a backflip on a motorcycle for the first time. He got half way through and baled and landed feet first into the dirt. Sometimes I think those guys are nuts but when I watch them actually make it through it's friggen amazing.
