The thing that confuses me is why would you release another 2LP black vinyl version. One was released earlier this year and is available on the Best Buy site for $25. This one is $40 dollars, so if there is no difference from the earlier pressing, why do it at all? Just to get more money from us? I guess we don't know anything until one of us gets it. Could it similar to the No Ordinary EP RSD release that was later released in the UK, both were white vinyl, but the second wasn't numbered. Maybe these are pink but not numbered. I ordered a copy from Best Buy this morning and I should have it by the 4th. If it ain’t pink it’s getting returned to the store a couple of miles from my house!! Did you already receive it?

I got an email that shipping was delayed. We had a holiday yesterday so I’m not sure if it is because of that, Covid, or release issues. Take your pick!!

Won the poll on No! I know how to search Ebay & don't need links posted for everyone to see.

The Best Buy site is showing that the record is sold out. I compared the sku # they listed against what I've seen on the Ebay listings and they're both the same, so maybe there were some left over copies - not numbered - that were intended for the U.S. market? I guess we won't know until you get it.

I am going to scream if the damn thing is pink and it is sold out. I WANT that damn record on pink vinyl, even if I will never be able to get the numbered one. I REALLY want the numbered one!

It’s been delayed in shipping twice. I’m wondering if they are oversold and seeking permission to have more pressed or something.

Best Buy has cancelled my order and refunded my money. That's a shame, but unfortunately not surprised.

I don't expect an answer but I sent this question to Katy about possible further vinyl re-issues. If I get an anwer I will let you know :-)
"I was wondering if the success of the white vinyl re-issue of the debut album and the high demand for the pink RSD vinyl issue of A Diamond In The Mind will lead to more vinyl re-issues in the very near future?
I don’t know if you are following the collector’s market a bit but fans have to pay more than USD 250 on Ebay at the moment just to own a secondhand copy of The Wedding Album on vinyl…rarely in good condition. Vinyl copies of Thank You start at around USD 300… And of course Medazzaland and Pop Trash have never even been officially released on vinyl, which at the time (1997 and 2000) made sense of course. Now with the vinyl resurgence these are ripe for a vinyl release. Of course I know that more people will be interested in a re-issue of The Wedding Album as that one will appeal more to the general public whereas Medazzaland and Pop Trash will appeal more to just the fans of the band. But the Red Carpet Massacre red vinyl proved that a small run sold on dd.com can also be very successful.
Of course I, as a fan and collector, always want stuff I can’t have but I have to admit that it is a bit frustrating to see peers of the band commemorating anniversaries of albums with lavish boxsets and re-issues while Duran Duran does nothing with their extensive back catalogue. A nice re-issue now and then would be great to fill the gap between albums. A band that is still going strong after 40 years must have an archive filled with interesting stuff that can be included in re-issues."

If you chose to post on twitter let me know and I’ll broadcast it out and add my own 2 cents.
