Recently i got the 13lp box of Prince's Sign Of The Times and it looks amazing. Fantastic to have so much extra material. Much of it is good but there's some that i think are not very good.

Let's see... for super-deluxe (3 disc or more) sets centered around a single album, I've got a-ha's "Hunting High And Low", Tears For Fears' "Songs From The Big Chair", the 30th anniversary 3-disc set of INXS' "Kick", and the Art of Noise box "And What Have You Done With My Body, God?" (which focuses on the "Who's Afraid?" era). One or two of the albums in the Pet Shop Boys' re-issue series went to 3 discs, but I can't remember which ones off the top of my head (I do know that unfortunately, they're not albums from earlier in their career).
These are all on CD, though. I do enjoy vinyl, but I don't have the kind of money to spend on deluxe vinyl re-issues.
On a side note, it's nice to see that I'm not the only person here who enjoys the Beloved.
Edit: (Oh! I just noticed that some of the box sets being discussed in this thread are not focused on just one album. So if we're including general band box sets, I've got lots more-- Johnny Cash, the Cure, Thompson Twins, Stevie Wonder, Alice In Chains, David Bowie, Yes, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Nicks, the Police, ABBA, New Order, the band that shall not be named in this thread, and one from that couple of months when I decided I was into HIM for reasons I still haven't quite figured out lol.)

I also got that one and am really enjoying the wealth of new songs that are on the set. Its much better then the 1999 superdeluxe set and Im hoping for a Parade superdeluxe next year

Kinda enjoying this! Anybody else care to join? Members must enjoy other music surely? Does it have to be music related? I was just going to say that I can't wait for this stupid election to be over with, but I fear greatly for the damage that will be done if the orange toddler gets angry he is voted out. He is hell bent on destroying this country and any progress made since the 50s.

On a music related note, I have also been enjoying some stuff by acts like Postmodern Jukebox, the Puppini Sisters, Nouvelle Vague, Max Raabe & Palast Orchester, and Orkestra Obsolete for some really cool versions of songs done in a vintage jazzy style.

Confession: Last summer I dived into the full catalogue of Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark (OMD) I was familiar with all their 80's hits but never took the time and effort to listen to their albums...was I in for a treat I have been really enjoying album tracks like: '88 seconds in Greensboro', 'Apollo', 'Genetic engineering' and I really was blown away by the B-side tracks: 'Her body in my soul' and 'Garden City' As a result I bought most of their catalogue on vinyl since then

Another 80's album that is on the TOP of my all time faves is DARE by the Human League From the start with 'The things that dreams are made of' till last and best known track 'Don't you want me'....that album is a real journey of sounds and spheres Special mention of the track 'The sound of the crowd' which to me is one of the biggest gems on the album...a hypnotic track to me to which I can listen all day long in repeat and still trip on it
