I hope if Simon plans to debut Invisible on Whooosh! that it is promoted by Simon, DD, and SiriusXM ahead of time so the show might get some new listeners. I, for one, would sign up for at least the month just to say I heard the world premiere...

Band that only tours America, releases song only Americans can hear. Not something I’d be courting or rewarding tbh.

Ruth, If non USA fans were more vocal.. and put it to the useless management as opposed to just talking about it here then perhaps, maybe, just maybe, the subject would be addressed by somebody of higher ranking. I’m continually berated about my vocal discontent about it, however I’m British and I’m not afraid to speak some truths. Why should the USA be rewarded every time with prime Sirloin while the rest of the world are thrown the gristle? Actions speak louder than words. Edit: Besides the UK are allegedly getting the world premiere, peak time (Saturday night when everybody is pissed, staggering home from the pub) at the end of the week.

I wonder if The Invisible video will appear after Duran 40 part 2, or just a link to the audio. It will be nice to hear something new and original from the band, great if Graham Coxon is on that single and really rocks that guitar sound of his. Would be nice to have the former guitarists speak their views on Duran 40. On BT AMC there is a three-part documentary series of Madness called Before We Was We and it features all members of the band, even includes former member Chas Smash (Cathal Smyth). Very interesting to watch!

Thanks to Duran Duran Argentina on FB for info... Duran Duran filmed the video for his upcoming single, The Invisible, this past weekend. The set location for the video was the mythical Hammersmith Apollo in London. Graham Coxon (Blur) who made the guitars of the upcoming album, also participated in the filming.

Short of knocking on Simon Le Bon’s door, I’ve come to expect that I’ll always take issue with certain band decisions, and much as I don’t like the disappointment it’s not something within my control or even my influence, so I’ll just settle for the odd therapeutic whinge on SM, and enjoy what’s on offer from them and elsewhere. Or take the piss. Or ignore. The song is about rest-of world fans btw..... Fingers crossed for Saturday!
