 I have/had food poisoning. unnnnnngh I've never been so ferkin' sick in my life. The past 32 hours have been miserable... unnnngh! At least I can sit up now. Trader Joe's frozen cherries. I had a small bowl of them Tuesday night during American Idol. I thought they tasted funny but I figured they were just less sweet because of the weird weather or something.... unnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngh SO I woke up at about midnight with my abdomen making noises I had never heard before. I called Vin because I figured he'd be awake and I could borrow some Pepto. Walked over there, got it, then while walking back to my place it hit me all at once and I ALMOST didn't make it home. I nearly passed out right there on the cold sidewalk. I had to sit down for some time - 1am - outside. brrrr. I had to force myself home though because I had a toilet to abuse. May found me in the morning laying on the living room floor. So this will be my second day out of work during the busiest week of the month. When I was laying in bed this morning I almost thought I felt much better and I could go to work even though I had been sweating all night. Then I got up and went down the stairs and had to promptly sit on the floor in front of the toilet for a good 10 minutes. Then the cold sweats came again. Very unhappy. My body is making weird weird noises again. unnngh. Everything hurrrrrrts.

OMG! That sucks!
I've had that before and it's right up there with the flu and then some. I hope you feel better soon!

I've had food poisoning before. I'd rather go through childbirth than suffer that again. Hope you feel better soon, Wytch. *hugs*

I know what you mean.. Both my hubby and me had food poisoning at the sametime.. We got takeout a beach takeout place when we were out there... We are just lucky our son I think was 3-4 at time didn't have any of it..
It's the worse thing we both went through taking turns in the washroom..
i don't wish this on anyone...

I was gonna add, incase you didn't know, try to keep up your fluids! It will be even worse if you get dehydrated!

awww, poor Wych.
Two weeks ago, Hubby and I had a mild case of food poisoning from pan fried scallops. don't think I can ever eat scallops again. Thank goodness we have two bathrooms!!!

Hope you feel better soon Amber. I've never had food poisoning, but I did have a horrible stomach virus one year that landed me in the hospital. No fun, indeed.

I had food poisoning when I was 5 months pregnant with our 2nd child. That was HELL! Sick as a damn dog.
