Okay, lady gets storage unit but doesn't use it. She charged it on her card and now she wants her money back on the card for a unit she didn't use. NOT MY PROBLEM! I'm sorry but I don't care if she didn't use the unit, the money still goes on the card. It's not like when you go out to eat and the food sucks so you want your money back.
Sheesh!

And how are you supposed to KNOW that she didn't REALLY use it anyway? You rent the unit, you pay for it. It's YOUR problem if you didn't end up 'using' it.
That is why I suck at customer service. I worked over 7 years in retail and never again. People are turds.
