Not ‘in hand’ either. I hope the seller doesn’t spend the sale money early. Anyway, at least it’s not a buy it now. It’ll sell for what somebody is prepared to pay for it. Exactly. Also, does anyone have the email from Spotify that specifically states that only 1,550 copies are being pressed up? yep the email said that...not much use for non US residents though..

Is it worth contacting Spotify Merch support and asking them how EU residents can purchase it, given the link states US and Canada shopping only? I would do but I didn't receive the email, bad fan who plays CDs more me!

Poptrash said he was able to buy it and he's in the Netherlands, so I would assume that those in Europe should also be able to buy it, that would be my thinking on this.

Was just thinking, like you do when you're scoffing your sarnies at work, does anyone think that this album might be DD's final hurrah, what with everyone old and new back on the album??? Or is it me just thinking silly thoughts?? As someone else mentioned in another thread, I think this is more of a "gift" to the band and their fans. I think Duran Duran now realise that seven years between studio albums is not an optimal way to operate. Duran have finally cottoned on to the fact that they will never chart again, and so this frees them from caring about what the kids are listening to. They have finally realised that there is nothing wrong with writing and releasing a few new tracks at a time, which hopefully leads to them producing more EPs in the future. They now know that they don't have to spend years writing and polishing entire albums, only to dump them and start again. The band have got there. They are finally the band I knew they could become. They are experimenting and writing strange new music (sure Danse Macabre is bloody awful, but at least it's interesting), and they aren't pandering to radio stations and teenagers in the process. I'm looking forward to hearing the other new tracks. More to the point - they are performing with both Andy and Warren! I couldn't ask for anything more as a Duran Duran fan. All I can hope for now is great music, and that both players get a chance to shine. I just don't think a gimmicky concept album with reimaginings and covers is going to be the way Duran Duran would want to go out, or be remembered. I do think they are testing the waters with Andy and Warren, and seeing what happens. I think Duran Duran's final record will be epic. Whenever that will be - who knows? Hopefully 2050, with EPs released every two years up until that point. I honestly don't think Duran's pride will allow this kooky experimental record to be the last one they ever produce. I know Duran Duran have at least one more great record in them. Duran Duran know they have at least one great record in them.
Of course I could be wrong. This might indeed be their last hurrah. But my gut tells me otherwise.
Let's enjoy the ride in the meantime, and see what happens

My recollection is that the Roseworks site did allow EU despatches when it was first up, as my basket was ready to checkout with UK postage. When it came back, it wasn't. As people have said it can be forwarded on but it doubles the price and I'm not feeling that rich. The FP spotify one ended up on Townsend at some point, so cross fingers. I just thought it might be worth asking them direct.

It’s still US/can only at the moment. Has anyone from uk been able to order a copy? Only people who have friends in the countries or mail forwarders. If an EU/UK person who has the email could contact Spotify Merch support to ask how non US/Canada people can purchase, then we will know. If no one in EU/UK does, then we can safely assume it's a US/Canada only version. Which is fair and fine!

Hi Bla bla bla We are reaching out to you regarding your contact to us through our web messaging channel for the Fans First Vinyl of Duran Duran. The link does not work as the offer is just available in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. Unfortunately isn’t available in Medazzaland at this time. Thank you for your support for the campaign. Is this working in the UK? Or page not found duranduran.rosecityworks.com/products/danse-macabre-fans-first-vinylBest regards, (Sony?)
