But I was also a huge fan of his little brother Will. He's a fantastic guitarist as well. So was I! In fact, i've probably seen Will more live than Charlie. I've met Will as well. Here is one of the pics of me with Will in 1987(i'm in the black shirt with white shorts):

He used to spend a lot of time in Woodstock, New York when I was in high school and an ex-girlfriend of mine slept with him. She wasn't legal, but I'm sure the statute of limitations has worn off by now. Depending on what year you were in high school, Charlie was still a teenager himself around that time. His first album in 1985 came out when he was 17. Moonmama, yes he was the singer of "Beat's So Lonely".

If you've got some of his earlier stuff handy, check and see if he recorded at Bearsville Studios. That's one of the popular spots in Woodstock.

Here's the Beats so lonely video: Also, this song is played at the end of Some Kind Of Wonderful which is a cool 80's movie. Enjoy![/color] ;D

I used to like him too! Thanks to The Lost Boys soundtrack. I went to see him and was right up front with him. I have awesome pictures too, touched his guitar when he was playing. Wish I had a damn scanner!

I used to go to see Charlie Sexton alot in the 80's. But I was also a huge fan of his little brother Will. He's a fantastic guitarist as well. I might just have to go to the show this weekend... You have seen Will live? I am so jealous! I love his latest "Scenes from Nowhere" & I've never seen him play. I'm hoping to catch him when I am in Texas in March. I think he does a weekly gig at some restaurant.
