Oh Ivy - I wish Alec a speedy recovery, poor guy!
@nt - holy shit!!! That story is too funny. One that is funny to hear but definitely not to witness!
The joys of parenthood, ahhhhh.

reminds me of the time we were at a restaurant and my son said he wasnt feeling well so we sat in the lobby waiting for the rest of our party to finish. He told me he felt sick and we high tailed it for the bathroom but we only went a few steps when he hurled....in front of the door to the restaurant! He was so humiliated and the only help i got was the manager asking me to move him away from the door. TYVM--would you like him to finish retching all the way back to the restroom instead?
hope your baby feels better soon!

Thanks all. He's feeling much better. I kept him home today and he is still running a slight fever, but he should be back at school tomorrow. When my son got sick a few week ago.. The next morning I let him sleep in for I was going to let him stay home.. Just as I was about to phone the school to say he wasn't going to be in, he comes stomping down the stairs saying why did you let me sleep in.. I'm let you're sick I'm going to let you stay home.. He like but I want to go to school.. I'm like are you sure.. He says yes.. I'm going ok then.. got him something quick to eat and shipped him off to school.. hope he is better tomorrow..

Isn't car sickness "fun". Pulling over on the side of the road to try to clean screaming child and the car up.

LOL nobel. @johnisstillahottie.....I am sorry to hear that you may have to handle the adult vomit by yourself. Despite you having vomitphobia. It is known by another name. LOL @ Simon's Mistress...Oh yes I can imagine how "fun" it must be for the parent to pull over to see about the screaming car sick child.
