Anyone ever heard of them? I just caught their video on VH-1 this morning and thought, wow, they could be good. I see they are touring with Mat Kearney and Rocco de Lucca and The Burden. Might this be worth the twenty bucks for a ticket? *edit* yes, by "new" I mean new-to-the-US. We're about a year behind here, I know...

Not that new over here but they are very good. I'd go see them.

Interested in The Feeling, eh, dodge? Good thing I haven't gotten around to mailing your K.T. disc yet, because there'll be something else in the package now.

They're not that new in the UK and I find them very, very dull.

there was a download of one of their songs available in one of the threads in the Music Room section last week - the link may still be active...
yeah, they have been around a while over here. I loved their first couple of singles, but they're onto the 5th from this album now, and the quality is dipping... would like to hear some newer stuff from them.

i have about 4 or 5 of their songs and really enjoy them! i'd have bought their LP already but i can't seem to find it here in NYC, only one of their EPs at virgin ... a lot of their stuff has this fun 70s AOR pop thing going on - stuff i'd never buy from its original bands, but yet it was always in the background on the radio and such when i was younger, so its like comfort food or something! ;-) the band seems to have a lot of fun playing their stuff, and that's a good thing, right? my favorite songs by them are "sewn" (i love the singer's phrasing in this one) and "never be lonely" ...

I saw them live in November and they were fantastic. I'm seeing them again at the end of February. I blogged the show photos and took a couple of videos too here

Bought my ticket today for the show in April. oooh bloodshift!! Kisses to you!! What other bands should I check out? Should I see Gomez? They're coming, too. Wanted to see Billy Joel but there are no good seats left. Anyone like Regina Spektor? I bought her album but have not opened it yet.

aahhhh Gomez... memories of lying on a grassy bank in the sun, at some festival in the mid 90s, with the sound of Gomez floating through the air.
I don't remember exactly where or when, but it was bliss...!
Haven't properly listened to their recent stuff though, but they were certainly fantastic 10 years ago!
