Now for my top 3 of the moment: I barely listened to it when it came out but it has gotten a lot of airtime from me lately... Really enjoying this one This album took me from being a casual fan to die-hard fan of Ladytron. Such awesome synthpop. I still play it a lot nearly a year after getting it. The Echoing Green has been one of my very favorite synth pop bands for nearly a decade. Disc 2 has some amazing dance remixes. I always go for the mixes that retain the original lyrics, and 95% of these tracks do... worth a listen.

EDIT - Obviously, these are the three I am listening to most, not my all-time favorites. I am shamefully only into new CDs right now, I am looking forward to the Fratellis (TY, EL, but I had an eye on them before the IPod commercial) and Mika. They're son-to-be, right now is: The Bird & The Bee Crowded House The Shins The first two are brilliant - the jury is still debating on The Shins, which seems to lose a little wind half-way through. I also have The Good The Bad & The Queen, but it initially struck me as very very down-tempo and dark. I haven't given it a proper chance yet, though I admit I've played it through in the background about a dozen times. (sorry, Stupe!)

Fundamental-Pet Shop Boys. I love it and wish I had gotten it when it came out. I was never a big PSB fan, but this album has made me a fan. Now I'm SOOO regretting not seeing them on tour. Grrrr Seal-Seal (the first one, with Crazy on it). Excellent music to get psyched for skiing, now that we finally have snow. Astronaut-you know who. I haven't listened to any of it in months and it sounds fresh again to me. Love it!!!!

@ Abstract Unknown Girl, i don't have EMG yet, i even considered stealing it but i don't have the nerve or even an alibi! Is it definitely worth it? What did you think of 'Lifeblood'? Well I'm a massive Manics fan so it was deffo worth buying for me! I quite like Lifeblood, don't love it but don't hate it either. I think it's a shame it didn't sell well and a lot of people slag it off, because there's a lot of great songs on it, such as 1985, Song for Departure, I Live to Fall Asleep, Solitude Sometimes Is and Empty Souls.
