I just saw that clip on CNN. How traumatic! I felt so bad for that kitty. If he's that dirty, wash him in the tub. No need to torture the poor thing.

I don't need a tub to wash the cats in our house because we have those pre-moistened, cat wipes you can get at any Petsmart.

I dont put my kitty through that trama!!
Actually, my cat doesnt not fight once shes in, she comfy when being bath & she doesnt mind the blow dryer

We can pretty easily bathe our cat... He doesn't might getting wet if his not dierctly in the water..

I thought part of that video was funny.. But some of it was cruel..

I have washed cats. it isnt fun for me or the cat. but the first cat I had to wash was fully infested with fleas. I put puddy in the bathroom sink and run warm water. Then i scoop water over the kitty and add soap. Kitty lets out a meow - she isnt happy. when i am thouroghly satisfied with "the bath" I rinse her off and towel dry.

Then I put her down on the floor and slowly open the door. she takes off like a shot. no more fleas please.

so how does this cat repay me for the care?

three months later she runs away and is killed by a car. geepers!

I have never bathed my cat. She's an indoor cat and we were told not to unless she gets into something.
