Kewl! Thanks guys.
So far there are 14 confirmed dead in Lake county alone (where I'm from.) The news hasn't said if there are any other fatalities in the the other counties that were hit. It truly is devastating.
@moomama....thanks. They are counting their blessings just to be alive and in amazingly good spirits considering they lost everything. He literally woke up when it was happening at about 3 am with the roof off of his house and finding his wife under some rubble. I can't believe they didn't get hurt.

OMG, thank g-d they got out alive. I cannot even begin to imagine what that would be like. They are in my thoughts and prayers - they have a long road ahead of them.

The in-laws were just on CNN. They were being interviewed with their pastor.

I grew up in Texas, so I know how destructive tornadoes can be. I have seen some of the destruction on TV and I'm glad everyone has checked in ok. Time to donate to Red Cross!!!

Tampa Bay area checking in. Lotsa wind and rain, but no tornados.
Everyone here is mobilizing to send help east. Florida can't catch a break. We had a quiet hurricane season and now this. It's sad that we've become used to natural disasters. Everyone just goes on autopilot.
