The mother's explanation was that she was at her wits end. The girl had apparently been with at least 2 adult men, so pressing charges against one (or tying his Richard in a knot....lol) wouldn't keep her from moving on to another. She had apparently run away from home multiple times when her mother tried to reign her in.
Again, I ask......why the f___ didn't she just call in the authorities and have her daughter locked up? That's what lots of parents do with kids who are repeat runaways and out of control.

Exactly what I was thinking. My mom (a therapist) deals with troubled girls like this young girl everyday. My second thought (I'm speculating) is the child must've been sexually abused some point of her early life. Young girls don't pursue older men for sex on purpose. |

I have a friend who's been a friend since high school. She reminds me of the girl in the story. She was sexually molested by her father since the age of 5. She had a baby at 19 by a 60 year old. Only now is she getting her life together. This mother in the story should be charged. That's cruel. Disgusting. |

It's neither punishment nor child abuse, the whole facking story is dysfunctional from beginning to end! ^^^^^^^^^ What she said and also is a crime! And I need to add, if you don't want your girl having sex, what the girl saw to do it... its a shame some people aren't congrous enough to be parents! And the most amazing, they don't know how to educate and convince with words. I hope in a near future imbecility and stupidity became a crime! |
