Name:Holly and I was going to use my real name for a fresh start but I thought ALL of my friends would not know it was really me so I stuck with RioDuranie. That and there were I think 3 other Hollys at the old home. That would ahve confused all the Holly friends
I live in New York where is is currently snowing and snowing and will snow some more.
I have two daughters who are 15 and 13. They both love DD and have been to a few shows. They are the reason I get up every day to start afresh. With out them I really would not have come this far in my life.
Been a DD fan for 24 years now. Wow I never devoted so much time to anything. Well excpet my hair.
My fav DD item is an 80s satin jacket with the double D's and has three signatures. I got the others a different time but its not the same.
Met 3 of the members but it wasnt all that great. I've had more fun at a high school final exam.
any way thats me for now. Because I really could go on and on seeing as I have no life at all.

Hello!
My name is Jenny and I live in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. A region in which all of the Duranies seem to have either relinquished their titles or gone underground. My job is absolutely nothing to talk about other than it does not pay the bills and I am still searching for that "dream job" or at least one that I can enjoy. I'd like to say that I have a significant other but I stand by my belief that all men are either taken, gay or severe eejits. Any male that does not fall into those categories may of course apply (mild to moderate idiocy is a given to the species and completely acceptable). I'd like to be proven wrong and that there is hope. One day I will live in a city or country that respects the game of hockey.
I've been a Duran fan since 1985. I've met the boys once in 1993 (so close in 05, though), but not the 'original five'. I will meet them again one day. I may not get to as many shows as I'd like but I do travel to as many as I can. I miss the old board but I think this one will do quite nicely.

I'm Stacy and I live in Austin, Texas. I'm 35 years old and I have a boyfriend who i've been with since November of 1999. I've been a Duran Duran fan since 1983, but became more of an Andy Taylor fan (since 1985) after seeing The Powerstation live. I have no children, but have three cats. I work for a state agency here in Texas as an administrative assistant.

answers to your question | click reply instead of using the quick reply box | there is a whole host of options | Table being one of them |
just remember that TR is the row and TD is the cell in a row

I'm 35 and I live in Massachusetts. I'm an Operations Manager of a college-housing complex. I'm hoping to get a job as an ESL teacher for middle-school kids! (Pray for me folks!) I speak 4 languages, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese (I speak 2 dialects of Portuguese, but it still technically counts as 4 languages). I've been married for almost 7 years to a non-Durannie husband who is a die-hard Stones fan. (So he kinda understands!) My only son is a pug named Fergus. You'll see pics now and then. He's 16 months and a TERROR!!!! But, we kinda like him that way. I've been a fan since 1982, when my friend from overseas introduced me to the music. Simon's always been my favourite, but I love them all.
Glad to have this place... Thanks again, Mark!!!

I hate it though because it makes me stand out like a sore thumb. Funny on the old board, I tried to register under my own name, but it wouldn't let me. Seems someone else had it already! I've always wondered who. I've been on other messageboards with users who were also named Pia.

For the hockey funs who watched Canada take the World Junior cup for the third straight year.. One of the stars of the Canadian team is a Winnipeger.. hehehe Also I've been with my man for 12 years now.. He isn't a DD fan, but is very accepting of my addiction to them..
