I like the Jergen's face tan stuff, but for body I use Dove, it makes you so soft and it's a gradual tan not streaky.

Dove has one? I will have to check that out. I gave up on tanning booths. They are just so expensive here in NYC. Hell I was paying 6 to 9 dollars in KC.

I Love Mary Kay! 3-in-1 cleanser and moisturizer and Time Wise Microdermabrasion. Oil-free eye makeup remover is the best.

Aveeno has a really nice gradual body tan lotion. It smells a little like corn but it produces a really nice tone. I use the one for medium skin tones. I haven't tried any of the face ones, though. A tip: if you use those lotions, exfoliate with an apricot or sugar scrub or something in the shower before you apply as it will make the color more even. ALSO: if you exfoliate with a scrub before you shave, your shave will be FAR smoother.

I am a MAC Whore!! I can spend hours at the counter and know most of the employees by first name, LOL! I love almost all of their colors (except foundation, I don't wear it) and am addicted to Lip Glass.
I love Lip Venom by Du Wop.
I have tried many, many brands of facial products (cleansers, toners, moisturizers), because I can't seem to commit to one particular brand. I am currently trying Aveda and so far I like them. I also have their Rosemary Mint shampoo/conditioner and they do smell great, although by the end of the day, the smell is gone. I like my hair to smell like shampoo all the time. ;D

My beauty routine: danigirl -- tell me what you think of BE when you try it!! Artfuld, I hear so many people scream about how they love it and all the infomercials. I'm so used to using liquid I just didn't know if it will be for me.

danigirl,
BE is VERY VERY different for first time users. Esp. liquid foundation users. It feels like air on you so at first you may wonder if it is working or not. I can't wear liquids anymore (I break out) and this stuff is very good for your skin. Like the commercial says, you can sleep in it (though it is always better to wash your face twice a day). Remember to use only a little at first...you'll figure out eventually what works. Also, it lasts forever in the jar. I've got shadows that are four years old and I never have to worry b/c they are preservative-free. I won't make any claims that you will love it (b/c everyone is different) but I will say it is the best mineral make-up out there and you will not harm your skin (it should improve your skin with continuous wear.)
Best of luck and have fun with it!!

I saw the infomercial of Bare essentials. I am skeptical when I see things like that. So I went to Ulta and asked about it. I bought the starter kit. And I must say, my skin has never looked so good. I use the foundation w/ the spf. Plus you can sleep w/ it on. I highly recommended it.
