there's a thread like this on DDM.com and it's full of good advices(not everything is bad at DDM,ya know? )So i thought i start one here so we can share out beauty buys. I start with recomending the most amazing foundation i have ever come across. It's called *LUMIONOUS SILK FOUNDATION* by Giorgio Armani. It's amazing...it glides on like a second skin. It's not cheap(Something like £27 if i remember well) but it lasts for AGES and IT is without a doubt the best make up product i have ever used.

Anything from Burt's Bees, for cleaning your face. I also use Oil of Olay. Other then that I just use Cover Girl or Almay.

I don't do much in the way of makeup. I just use Cover Girl. However, I recommend Bath and Body products. Their shower gel feels so good.

I broke down and bought a starter kit of Bare Escentuals. We shall see if I like it.

my three favorite items:
Benefit High brow - an instant brow lift in a stick It's a pearly pink highlighter pencil that sweep directly under your brow. I think it make you eyes and brow look polished.
Benefit benetint - gives lips and cheeks a rosy glow I love this cheek and lip tint, it's great for people who have oily skin. The color stays until you wash it off.
Benefit high beam - a soft pink sheen for a dewy glow. Since I'm older, I'm all about highlighters...lol. Place a little of this highlighter on the top of your cheeks, instant face lift. Edit: Voted best face illuminator by Women's Health & Fitness magazine

Hmm...
Let's see... I just started using Revlon ColorStay Active foundation. It actually is sweat-proof. Tried it out at a concert and I didn't run one bit.
Body Stuff...
Mojito Sugar scrub from The Hershey Spa in Hershey, PA. You can get it online.
L'oreal Sublime Slim (for Abs). I use it on my abs (great for stretch marks) and on the wavy flabby part on my arms.
Nivea Skin Firming Moisturizer. It's also great for bumpy flabby skin.
Rosemary and Peppermint Shampoo and Conditioner from Aveda. Although the Conditioner isn't great. The smell is fab.

I got some stuff at Harrods that would be great for you Barbara. I'll have to look and see what it is called. I went there and spent hours just strolling and then got sucked into the cosmetic area.....75 pound later... shhhhhhh Mark doesn't know! Funny, when I go there I get sucked in the pastry/desert section. ;D

LOL Denise...I have tried every hair product under the sun. They just do not agree with me. I hate it. I'm also sitting on 4 bottles of that Jergans skin stuff. That is supposed to make you tan in a natural way. I never got past the smell, so I don't know if it really works.
