Ron Paul came in 4th in South Carolina. Whoever the nominee is, it won't be him.
The nominee will either be Gingrich or Romney. Obama will beat either one easily. Gringrich has WAY too much baggage and Romney is too liberal for most Republicans to stomach. None of the GOP candidates has majority support even among its own party members, and whoever gets the nomination will need ALL their votes, plus a huge chunk of the current undecideds/independents, to beat Obama. I don't see it happening.

The bias is clear from the deRhodes and the reporting in how they're trying to shut him up. Paul is being "beaten" (just 3 states over) mainly because votes are being stolen, and not being counted. In Iowa they were even counted in a secret location. We have seen this before with Bush and it's happening now.
Santorum's surge was not only highly suspicious but it should also be taken as a given that dirty politics was underway. After propping him up, the media moved onto Hunstman. ABC reported Hunstman as a near strong runner up in the race after Paul came in second in NH.
The time is far too late to take the media at face value. We ought to know by know that it is controlled by the military-industrial complex. What's highly strange is looking around message boards, there is little trace of Romney or Gingrich supporters but an overwhelming presence of Paul supporters. The media is feeding the bias all it can as it drums up war against Iran.

Even if Paul doesn't get the Republican nomination, can't you Paul supporters get him added to the ballot as an Independent or write-in? If he's as popular as you say he is, there are ways for him to win the presidency. Doesn't have to go the "standard" route.

The media is feeding the bias all it can as it drums up war against Iran. The media has nothing to do with my vote. I figure if any media outlet is trying to sway me towards or against a certain candidate then I don't need to listen to them at all. I am sick to death of the media running this country, as are many others. I believe Newt won SC because he rightly attacked the media. This is our country, not the media's, not the elite's (which includes the current administration). I'm with Cain on this. This is our country and we need to make our own decisions. I watch the deRhodes and listen to no news media when it comes to the candidates. I make my own decision. I'm still pretty unhappy that people were so threatened by Cain that they destroyed not only his candidacy but him personally because of it. If the truth were able to be told about everyone then we would be able to make informed, smart decisions. As of right now, it's the media (owned by corporations) who decide the elections.

I have no way of knowing. I don't think people there would be all that wise to being media skeptics enough to retaliate against it that quick. I still think there's a great deal of unfair vote engineering being done, though mostly for Romney.
As for Paul running as independent, traditionally they haven't gotten very far. He says reform of the party system is highly important instead of disengaging. I don't know, I think maybe he should run as independent. Still, only Romney and Paul are on some of the state ballots, so we'll have to see just how Gingrich stands a chance.

That's because the same bunch of Paul fans are on every board trolling away like a bunch of bots.
But most voters don't go to the boards. Hell, a lot of registered voters don't go online at all. They don't watch the news much, either. No, Romney will get votes because he's good looking and Eric Cartman will get votes because he's a whining, tantrum-throwing spoiled fat little beeaatch he deRhodes so well.

Most of the Paul people are of the same demographic, young and educated as the Obama voters in 08, as also mentioned in the video that was posted. So it makes sense that they bother getting on the net as opposed to watching the mil-indus controlled media.

As for Paul running as independent, traditionally they haven't gotten very far. Why not? There's tons of Ron Paul supporters out there, right? The ones the media are ignoring? Well, if they're out there, they'll vote for him. Why wouldn't Paul get very far if he has all the support you say he does? Come on, in the Internet age...if Paul's fan base is young and educated, certainly they can find a way to get him the votes via social media and web presence. The young and educated understand this better than anyone. You don't need the mainstream media to get attention.

I think there will be enough votes out there. I don't know if there are other difficulties with running as independent. I think he should.
