Cheating/steroids or not...it still takes skill to make contact with the ball, and be consistant at it. Either way......

Interesting of this whole thing, the guy that caught the ball was wearing a Mets jersey & is from Queen's New York. Congrats to him! I know it was a hard struggle when all those bleacher bums jumped him, lol
Now that is has passed, now baseball can "try" go on without the homerun drama. I do have to say, it was a Sweet Swing.

Nah, we'll be hearing about it all week. ESPN will show it, and analyze it from every angle, the steroid question will be brought up at every oppotunity, and the guy who caught it will try to milk it for all it's worth. Thank god football season is starting.

HR = human resources?
He's fired more people, baby-sat more employees, and saved the company from more lawsuits than others?
Just kidding.

I knew I'd be unhappy when that piece of shit finally hit the mark, but I actually had ESPN on at the time and saw the hit live. I was not prepared to feel physically nauseous.
I was happy to see that the guy who came out of that violent scrum with the ball was not a Giants fan and steroids enabler, but was a New York Mets fan from Queens. I hope he gets a bundle for the ball, and I hope the buyer publicly destroys the foul thing.
Barry Bonds is truly awful, and the fact that he ignored his son's outstretched arms upon reaching home plate in favor of throwing up his lame photo-op pose proves it's all about Barry and nobody else.
In typical fashion, Barry's Balco-fuelled "heroics" availed his team nothing. San Francisco was beaten by Washington 8-6.

I'm on A-Rod watch now. Some are saying he could reach 800 if he stays healthy. Plus, for all his flaws he's still a much more likeable person.

I couldnt help but laugh when I saw the news this morning, that the Giants lost the game, despite that they had a small lead. I know the news is going to rant on this for a while, so I'll tune out. I saw Hank Aarons pre-recorded speech, I kind of felt sad for him, that he no longer has the top notch, but he'll ALWAYS be the 1st to have had 755 lifetime homeruns . It wouldnt have been so bad, if this whole "steroids" drama didnt surface. But what can we do, it's done.

I hate Barry, and someday this will all catch up with him. Kim
