Could someone please explain what's gonna happen tomorrow? Is there something I should know?

The strange thing is: the messageboard is still there, it's just not really accessible anymore. Go to www.duranduran.com/bboard/index.asp and you'll see the system is running. It even looks like a number of people are still logged in, probably related to the fact that this list always trailed reality. Moreover, if you click on 'search' you'll see you can still search the database and it shows the results. Only if you click on any thread you'll get an error message. |

I got the white 404 screen of death when I tried to check that a few minutes ago, so it's gone now... I'm disappointed that they finally closed the board, but they can't close the spirit of the connections that were made there through the years. And now, maybe after 6 years I'll have more free time...bwahahah!  |

So yeah - this morning first thing i check - we were still up and running - and the dd.com death march continues I just got to a computer about 5 minutes ago and got THE screen - I must say I got a huge lump in my throat!  |

wow..... i was on there for a few short moments late last night. got into work this morning ...and around 9:45 decided to check to see if the board was still up. yeah....got the white 404 page thingie.... **cries**i guess it's safe to say it was fun while it lasted.... i'm happy that Mark set this up for us though. at least we won't lose touch with those we became friendly with  |
