From the anti-hit listWhen you think about it, Duran Duran's signature hit does compare a girl to a river "twisting through a dusty land," so the idea of transforming that synth-pop classic into a country tune at least makes conceptual sense. Thankfully, the actual result – a cross between the Jayhawks and Chris Isaak – also makes enough musical sense to feel like a genuine act of reclamation. You can listen it U.S. Mail Band's version of Rio on their myspace page.

it was quite a slow version, not terrible but not the kind music style i personally would listen to.

I would listen to it if there was a link in this thread ;D There is a link in the 1st post to the band's myspace page as well as to the anti-hit list......which had the same link to the band's myspace page.
