I sold about 200 boxes a year for the nine years I was in GS(1974-1983). I love seeing them sell outside grocery stores and at malls. It takes me back..... I will probably get Tagalongs, Thin Mints and Samoas. I freeze them and eat them for a few months afterwards......one here and there is ok!!! (although I hear you can't eat chocolate when you're breast feeding(which I will be doing in 9 weeks or so....)

As one who was a former girl scout, worked for the G.S. and still has friends in the G.S. business, I am committed and got a box of Thin Mints.

As a former cookie pusher in the 70's, I plan to support the Citrus Council....lol. My personal record is a 1,000 boxes , but back then I was able to sell door to door.
I will probably purchase a few boxes 'cause I still have 3 boxes of thin mints in the freezer from last year.

I was in GS for 12 years and am so thankful I did that. My record was only about 350 boxes one year, but it financed a Scout trip to Europe so that was enough. I love the fact that all the good cookies freeze well. One year we had some sort of oatmeal raisen bar that was bland to begin with, but was even worse after being frozen. I miss the strawberry cheesecake cookies, they were around maybe a year or two in the '90s... Good stuff.
