Since this Liberty thing keeps getting momentum, i went and check my notes about the day i was talking with Warren in 93, i've asking him why didn't play some Liberty tracks for the setlist (remember this was before they included Serious and First Impression on the second leg) and he told me they were trying maybe to add Downtown. I totally forgot about that answer. It would have been nice to have Downtown in the Acoustic setlist. Thought i share this.

Thank you John! It does answer my question, because I think it makes the statement that Sterling “didn’t play” on the album a bit misleading? I mean, he didn’t “play” on it anymore than JT or WC did, if everything was programmed except the vocals...or maybe I am misunderstanding JJ’s response.
Anyway, I appreciate you getting that clarification!

LOL, it wasn't something carefully planned or thought! Back in those days, i used to have like a notebook but instead of writing personal thoughts or like a journal, i used it to put the movie tickets, or show tickets, or something related to music and films that happened on that day. So on that day, i've wrote something about that meeting, of course LOL. Also read that i've asked them why didn't they kept Stop Dead and Time For Temptation on the album, and Warren said those were "too old".... hahaha. Also, a friend asked him about the rumors of the cover album, if those were true, and he said that they already have some done. He actually told us about which ones they already done. I've totally forgot about this until now i read my notes...!
