Welp...I decided that today was going to be the day I eat my really bad for you breakfast. So, when my co-worker came by and asked if wanted anything from Wendy's I was like "oh I have to be good...I'll have a baked potato w/lowfat sour cream and a strawberry yogurt with granola".
Yup, she comes back I have a potato w/chives (yuck) and no sour cream, strawberry yogurt with a packet of Butterfinger bits instead of granola, and an extra french fry.
So...I decided to save the potato for home and I ate the fry. I also threw out the butterfinger bits and am eating the yogurt plain, but come on! It's like the diet God said "nope, today you are going to eat junk and you are going to enjoy it!!".

I'm having a hard time getting back on track too. The holidays have not been good to me. So far today, my only sin was a tiny tootsie roll. Not too bad. Hopefully, I'll just have a salad for dinner and that will be it. I'm a sucker for late night cookies and cereal.

I am serious this time about my new year's resolution to get fit! I am proud of myself... in the last four days (started my diet 4 days ago) the only lil' cheat was a fig newton. Just one though. Unfortunetly they are 70 calories a piece! Wendy

Yeah, I ate my potato for dinner then a bit later had some reduced fat Triscuits w/low fat cheese. Not bad...but I feel like I ate the whole box.
Next step is going back to the gym...man, I hate that place!

Dieting sucks!! I have a hard time staying away form sweets. Even if I don't keep it in the house I find a way to eat something it seems every day.
I need to watch my intake, though becaue I was boderline diabetic one year ago.
I guess I need to excersise more; that would help alot!

I just tried Pilates for the first time today, yet I could not move or sit up immediately, it didn't seem too difficult, yet I don't think I could stick to something that was as slow as this was to try. I'm fighting to stay away from too much dairy and potato chips or potatoes in general...its tough though to be in a dieting rut, so maybe I'll have to just be a bit more conscience of the foods I'm currently eating.
so far, i've dropped about 2 lbs of the holiday weight, which is better than I anticipated...
